Our dishes are exclusively created for our clients by our chef and his team. Taste the refined selection of pasta dishes, sauces, meat and fish dishes and desserts, served either in the dining room or buffet style, accompanied by a rich selection of the finest wines from the regions cellars.

Our staff prepares meat and fish dishes for our guests every day in our restaurant, following the Semprini family traditions, typical of the Romagnola cuisine. Whatever your choice, you will taste excellent food, specially created for you using the freshest high-quality ingredients.

Lunch and dinner at the Hotel Margareth is served in a bright, spacious, comfortable environment with panoramic views, and you will be able to taste our large variety of natural dishes originating from this area. Our chef is meticulous and works passionately to enrich the traditions of the Romagnola coast and the cuisine of the Romagna region. He will be able to offer you tasty specialities including fresh fish from the Adriatic sea and advise you on the best wine combination from our region.

On request it is possible to prepare special celiac or vegan meals as well as meals for those with food allergies.

Breakfast is always included in our rate, a rich buffet breakfast is always available to make every waking morning a unique experience with croissants, cakes, yogurt, cereals and fruit juices. Hot drinks such as espresso coffee, tea, cappuccino and hot chocolate are freshly prepared at the bar and served at the breakfast table by the dining room staff every morning in our bright breakfast hall or in the open-air garden overlooking the sea.

Our restaurant service at the hotel Margareth in Riccione is prepared respecting the highest quality standards and takes great pride in providing its clients with the very best, maximum freshness and the finest seasonal produce the region has to offer. A time consuming commitment by us (continuous research and daily supply) but a very gratifying one: the enthusiasm shown by our clients concerning our culinary offers at our restaurant more than repays the effort we have made! Quality plays a large part in the concept “0 km food”: Romagnole food, meat and vegetables from local farms. For example fruit, vegetables and legumes all come from the hills of our inland areas, most of the time from organic farming; the fish we serve complies to the fishing period, and is always freshly caught and our meat comes from the local livestock in our region.

On request we can prepare appealing refreshments or a gala dinner according to the needs and desires of our guests.
